Study On The Freedom Of Cyber-Contact In The Visual Field Of Marxist Freedom View

Communication via the medium of computer network amongpeople constitutes a new type of social intercourse-cyber-contact. The distinctive feature of online communication in cyber community is its anonymity and openness, which brings people much more freedom than in the real world. Freedom, as a significant characteristic of cyber-contact, is one of the basic categories of Marxist historical materialism which deserves to be further studied, and at the same time it is an important concept of Marxism. There is no doubt that unrestricted cyber-contact can be investigated on the basis of Marxist freedom view. This paper emphasizes the freedom of cyber-communication, and aims to give prominence to the significance of free cyber-communication via the analysis of Marxist freedom view. Free-time of cyber-contact alters the relation of space-time of traditional physical space and presents noticeable characteristic of post-modernity. Furthermore, it saves necessary labor time and accelerates all-round development of humankind.
