The interaction between teacher and child is an important question of the study of the kindergarten. Since 2003, Jingbo Liu publishes the book《the study of the teacher-child interaction—what I see in the kindergarten》,more and more studiers pay attention to the interaction between teacher and child.The interaction between teacher and child has affect characteristic. The relation of the teacher and child is like the relation of parents and child. So the study of the interaction between teacher and child is important for the kindergarten′s teaching and the study of the interaction between teacher and child.The composition uses observation, interview, test and document to investigate the present situation of the teacher-child interaction from the affect and to implore the reason in Sociology, Human Society, Education and Psychology. Based on the before studies, the studier gives some advices to build the positive-affect′s teacher-child interaction.This study is mainly consist of three parts:1. The proposition of the question. Based on the analysis of both at home and abroad ,the studier advances: the study of the interaction between teacher and child is important for the kindergarten′s teaching and the study of the interaction between teacher and child.2.From affect field of vision analysis the process of the interaction between teacher and child. This study uses observation, interview, test and document to investigate the present situation of the teacher-child interaction from the affect and to implore the reason in Sociology, Human Society, Education and Psychology. Based on the before studies, gives some advices to build the positive-affect′s teacher-child interaction.3. Some advice to build the positive-affect′s teacher-child interaction. It includes the orientation and the advice of the building of the positive-affect′s teacher-child interaction. The former includes: from being-aside to being-with, love is the core of the building of the positive-affect′s teacher-child interaction, treat every child fairly; The latter includes standard teacher′teaching language and improve teacher′emotion intelligence.
