The goal of kindergarten education realized through the interaction between teachers and children.Therefore,the study on the interaction between teachers and children is of great significance to improve the quality of kindergarten education.The research can make teachers understand children interact,arouse teachers' Reflection on children's interaction requires attention,so as to better the interaction of children's demands attention.Based on the observation of children's interaction requirements of the teachers on the situation,discusses the teachers' concern to kindergarten interaction requirements,conclude the teachers' s characteristics of children's interaction requirements concerned.The research results are as follows:(1)There are characters about teachers' concern in different age classes.The teachers' concern is the highest to the senior,the junior is average,and lowest to the middle group.Teachers pay more attention to the senior children and the junior children.(2)There are significant differences in different types of activities.In the activities of life,teachers' concern is the highest.In the activities of teaching,teachers' concern is average.In the game activities,teachers' concern is the least.Teachers pay more attention to the interaction requirements of life activities and teaching activities.(3)There are significant differences on different interaction requirements.The teachers' concern to active helping is the highest.The teachers' concern is more to asking for help,inquiry,demand,and present their idea.The teachers' concern is less on asking for consolation,statement,and complaining.The teachers' concern on playing game together is the lowest.Teachers pay more attention to transactional requirements.
