The Conflict Of Interest In The Construction Of Harmonious Campus

To construct the harmonious campuses is a important goal that the universities are seeking in their development process in China. It is because that harmonious campuses of universities are significant components of the socialistic harmonious society. What's more, it is also an inherent demand of the universities'development. For in current colleges and universities, there are a lot of factors and conflicts in the resulting disharmony of universities. Therefore, how to correctly understand and cope with these conflicts is an urgent task that we are facing.Any society is filled with contradictions and conflicts. From the meaning of sociology, it belongs to the contradictions and interest conflicts between different social groups. As a subsystem of society, universities also make no exception. University is a multi-purpose system in which the staffs could be divided into the teachers,the students,the administrators and the service personnel and so on. Each group has its own target interest and unique goal closely relate each other. The participants are different, the objective and interest expectations are also different. Therefore, the object conflicts may break out when the participants attempted to achieve the goal of non-commonality, especially at the time of extremely lacking in resources, because the aim of one group may damage the interests of other groups. Such contradictions will destroy the harmony and stability of universities, but also will affect the universities'healthy,harmonious and sustainable if we don't take measure to cope with them.The dissertation begins from the analysis of contradiction conflicts on campuses as a cut-in point, using analysis methods of interest groups and reflection–construction, focusing on studying the performance of interest conflicts in universities. At the same time , the dissertation analyses and reflects the factors of interest conflicts in universities in order to explore the reasons for disharmony. Finally, the dissertation tries to bring some forward some concepts and methodologies to coordinate the interest conflicts; expecting to provide a way of thinking and enlightenment to our colleges and universities'values tropism, and also provides some paths and supports to promote healthy,concerted and harmonious development of our colleges and universities.
