Based on the concern of Developmental Education and Development of educationresearch, this paper combs the former concerning the hermeneutic mode of educationdevelopment, and establishes a hermeneutic mode that highlighting the corpus.Based on this hermeneutic mode, this paper analyzes the power characteristicand interest claim of the corpus in education development, and concentrates toinquiry in the power and interest logic of education development, and put forwardthe homologous suggestion to our country.This paper can be divided to five parts;the structure of the article is as follows:The first part analyzes concepts and contents of education development andthe views on education development. Then the author combs the former concerningthe hermeneutic mode of education development, and establishes a hermeneuticmode that highlighting the corpus.In second part, based on the analysis of the concept and types of power,and based on the types of power in education development, this author dividesthe corpus of education development in to three types, which including nation,society and individuals, and analyzes their characteristics and the influenceon education development.The third part, the writer points out the logic that, through its power,the corpus pursues interest, and inquiries into he relation between educationdevelopment and the corpus interest, and analyzes the interest claim of differentcorpus and its influence on education development.In fourth part, the author puts forward the view of balance of power andbenefits in education development and points out its great meanings. Base onthis view, the author puts forward the homologous suggestion of harmoniousdevelopment in education for our country.
