During the surging tide of the market economy, state-owned enterprises in the dramatic social transformation and institutional transformation are experiencing intense shock. Many sedimentary history issues floated to the surface in this specific stage, and became the restricting shackles in the enterprise development. As I lived in a typical unit-system communities, various of changes in the social transformation left a profound and direct impression on me , which is the initial starting point for writing this article. Selecting an 86-day and 1000-people collective action occurred in the factory H in 2006 as subject investigated, this paper tries to sum up the mobilization and digestion mode and put forward a frame of reference under the distinction between commonness and personalization. This is conducive not only to policy-making reference, but also to the accumulation of academic resources. Meanwhile, it is a beneficial effort to foresee ,prevent and resolve practical problems, and to the reform of state-owned enterprises.Based on the drafting of the relevant historical documents and oral history materials on factories and the grasping of certain scholars'relevant researches, this paper established its own research perspective, that is to apperceive the interaction between the mobilization and digestion mechanism in order to reconstruct collective consciousness at the context of typical System of Units.On the theoretical level, this paper tries to clear up the inanition by explaining mechanism model. As to collective action, its real formation and development are always the results of the complicated interaction between macro and micro, structure and colony mechanism . Analysising these dynamic factors is necessary and useful. At the same time, studies on the collective action both at home and abroad are not that exhaustive .The foreign studies are mainly on large-scale social movements of workers and peasants petition, and the researches about genuine collective action are much fewer .Domestic researches are mainly about farmers'opposability and petition and property rights movement in City district,while the workers'collective action are rare .Therefore, it is the starting point of my efforts. On practical level, it doesn't just stay on the description of the course of events, explanation of the reasons and dynamic analysis. I exert much effort to explore the underlying mechanism of the incident and the hidden logic, that is, from workers'actions by bottom-up means in the search for reasonable interests and leadership power's top-down process, I try to explore the underlying logic between the practice unit and the unit power - the generation of the order of interest .Through observation, interviews and other means of access to information, I use Process-Event analysis method and conduct a comprehensive and dynamic analysis in collective action.Surrounding the core issue,this paper pays attention to workers'seeking reasonable and legitimate interests of the bottom-up collective action and top-down leadership power control, and concerned at the bottom Practice practice logic and the logic units between power - is how the interests of order and the production of the produce.
