| As an island country, Japan has made a world-famous success on economics and education. Famous as absorbing foreign culture, Japan also absorbs the advantages of other country on education in order to fill the disadvantage gap on its own. Thus, it has gradually formed Japanese style education which fits Japan a lot. As a one-nation country, Japan has performed great coordinated power. This coordinated power played an important role on education, it made Japanese education develop rapidly during the three education reform. The nation character makes an invisible influence on a country, but the great spirit power is powerful enough to guide a country's developing direction. This essay tries to describe Japanese education from nation character angle. It starts from the formation and characteristic of Japanese nation character, and then discuss the great influence which is made by Japanese nation character after the Meiji Reformation. This essay includes three parts.The first part mainly discussed the characteristic of Japanese nation character. It stared from the concept of the nation character, and discussed the formation factor and characteristic of Japanese nation character. It pointed out Japanese nation character, it concludes group creed, inferiority and ego, Bushido. And then the essay discussed the relationship between the nation character and education.The second part is the center part of the essay, it mainly discussed the Japanese nation character and education development after the Meiji Reformation. First, it described the characteristic of the three education reform and the effect on it. Then it discussed the influence of Japanese nation character on the three education reform. That is group creed, inferiority and ego, Bushido. These factors played an important role in Japanese education development.The third part mainly discussed the study effection for our Chinese education. First, from the absorbing part, Japanese has formed Japanese style education, but our Chinese has formed the western education. Then it tried to find the difference between Japanese group creed and Chinese individual absorbing..Japanese education is not completely perfect, nor is its nation character. The real purpose is to find out other's advantages and then correct our own disadvantages. This is the real purpose of this essay. |
