Theoretical Research On Setting Up The Professional Qualification License Standard For Coaches In China

With the development of the socialism market economy and the improvement of democratic legal system, the Professional Qualification License Standard has been set up in many working fields and it's got efficiency. The PQLS is the standard of skills, ruler of qualification and the yardstick of classifying employees impersonally. However, there is no such a measuring tool in the field of Physical Education which is closely related to the betterment of athletics. Surely it'll limit the improvement of professional coaches. New age is coming with the new stage of athletic levels and technical trainings and new requirements from trainees in methods, abilities, etc. Therefore, it's right the time to set up the PQLS for the sake of purifying the labor market of P.E, putting forward of P.E career and building up a group of higher quality coaches for our country.This thesis was illustrated by logical analysis, bibliographic resources, interviewing and contrastive analysis, etc and revealed the do ability and necessity of setting up the PQLS from the theoretical & practical points of view. According to the research data:1. It's lacking in complete and impersonal criterion to promote certain P.E coaches. So far, how many athletic awards their trainees get is the only requirement, which is of unjust ice. That's why coaches won't improve without such a fair system.2. Pre—coaching training has gained so wide progress, but it guaranteed no regulative and systematic tool to judge the professional qualification of P.E coaches. As a result, it can not be provided, such as syllabus, course books and exercise books. So we need to not only set up the system but also carry it on to develop coaches into a better future...
