In recent years,improving the health of adolescents has become a national strategy in compulsory education.With the continuous reform of the physical education curriculum,the promulgation of the new curriculum standard has brought about major changes in the sports and health curriculum.Primary school teaching is the most basic part of the entire education system,and the choice of content is the key to the implementation of the curriculum.This paper attempts to analyze the current situation of martial arts curriculum content in the existing teacher's book,and combines the requirements of the new curriculum standard for the four parts of primary school students' sports participation,motor skills,physical health,mental health and social adaptation.The choice of content found some problems in the implementation of the course.Thereby optimizing the content selection.Through the literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method,the martial arts content in the two editions of the teacher's book currently used in Beijing primary school is selected and analyzed.Through the investigation and interview,the course is taught.The problems in the setting of the content,and the proposed optimization suggestions,the conclusions are as follows:? The new curriculum standard is a programmatic document that guides teachers in the selection of teaching content;The selection of the martial arts teaching content of the Beijing version of the teacher's book is better than that of the PEP version,but there are still problems such as lack of martial arts etiquette content,lack of boxing characteristics,theoretical content is too single,evaluation content is not enough,and the content system needs to be improved.? In the implementation of teaching,there are problems such as the teaching content in the teacher's book can not meet the needs of the school,the difficulty of the content of the teaching content is inappropriate,and the order of the teaching content is not appropriate,which leads to the teacher's influence on the selection of the actual teaching content,thus affecting the students.The learning effect is not able to achieve the established learning objectives of the new curriculum.?In the actual implementation of teaching,teachers should make full use of the resources for preparing lessons,deeply understand the new curriculum standards and make rational use of the teaching resources that can be referred to.It is necessary to make a full analysis of students' learning conditions,taking into account the sensitive period of students' physical fitness,students' psychological characteristics and learning basis.Should fully embody the integrity of the content,reasonably set up the theoretical content,and properly increase the confrontation content so as to make the teaching content system more complete.From the student's point of view,we set up corresponding teaching content,traditional culture while studying traditional sports,and promote the inheritance and development of Chinese excellent traditional culture.?Based on the analysis and investigation of existing teachers' books and expert interviews,the content of primary school Wushu is set up.In the three stages,the teaching contents suitable for each stage are selected in the teacher's book,and in the level stage,the learning of Wude and other theoretical knowledge is added.The second stage emphasizes connecting the preceding with the following,consolidating and improving the content of the previous stage,and on this basis,practicing practical boxing is added.The level three stages enrich the theoretical knowledge and increase the practice of featured fists and simple instruments at the level of movement technology.
