This study taking the reform of the examination system of teachers' qualification as policy background,and combined with the investigation,on the basis of three aspects,that is,the requirements of the promotion of basic education teachers' professional development,the implementation of the needs of teacher education reform related system,and how to improve teacher education curriculum implementation of such realistic problems.On teacher education curriculum and implementation problems,many scholars have made a lot of research and practice,and put forward many new ideas,such as at the construction of the teacher education curriculum system,proposed to streamline the discipline curriculum in the curriculum design and raise the proportion of education professional courses;On the course plan and module design,and puts forward to integrate theoretical courses and increase the development of application of curriculum,manifests the idea of education;On the course content and structure,put forward to increase the proportion of education professional course,deepening the research on the relationship between all kinds of curriculum content;The problems and countermeasures in the concrete implementation,enrich teaching methods,the development methods of hidden curriculum;On the effects of teachers' qualification exam in China,affirmed the advanced nature of the new system,but also think that brings opportunities and challenges.Based on the teachers' professional quality constitute,the value orientation of the goals of course,and the teachers' professional education theory,defining the concept of the teachers' professional quality,curriculum design and implementation,teacher education courses,pre-service teacher education and teachers' qualification certificate examination,Through document analysis methods,briefly reviewed the teachers' qualification examination system reform and the development of our country's basic course,analyzes the influencing impact of the new system change,summed up the relationship between teachers' qualification examinations and pre-service teachers education curriculum reform.In order to further study the teachers' education setting and implement this problem,this study choose M normaluniversity undergraduate course English teachers' professional teacher education curriculum as a case,a detailed analysis of the teacher education curriculum setting and implementation of the major,through questionnaire and interview outline,study with M normal university English majors teachers and students,and the first-line teachers graduated from this major,attempts to point with surface,a thorough understanding of the current teacher education curriculum idea target,structure,content and implementation of the practical problems existing in the management,etc.On this basis,the background of the National Civil Servants Examination of the teachers' qualification,that the pre-service teacher education curriculum reform should be based on teachers' professional standards,to establish talents training objectives;Integrating of education resources,and optimize the education curriculum;Enrich teaching methods,strengthen teachers' comprehensive training,based on the undergraduate "1+2+1" mode reform practice,put forward the normal annual professional teacher education curriculum implementation management plan,and proposes several Suggestions for the local normal universities in order to adapt the teachers' qualification examination system reform,training high quality and professional teachers.Through this study,hoping to enrich the research content,to provide the reference for the implementation of teachers' qualification examination system reform,but also reference to improve the Normal University professional training program in China.
