| We have made a social investigation on Jilin physical health gyms'open state and management by the ways of collecting information, investigation, mathematical statistics and logic analysis, which has made great progress, but there are still some shortages of being open, development, management and operation. This passage puts forward some good suggestions about it.(1) There are a total of 1700 physical health gyms in Jilin. There are 1222 standard gyms, of which the physical department covers 4%; the education department covers 78%; others covers18%; there are 476 non-standard gyms. There are a total of 94 public physical health gyms, which covers 5.5%. All the physical health gyms,only small portion among them can be open to the public.(2) Jilin public physical health gyms have better opening conditions, but there are not enough ones, and the management is inferior. Public physical health gyms are the main spars for the civilian, which can improve the national physical health activity with the better opening condition. Otherwise, the shortage of numbers and quality must restrict the national physical health development.(3)The opening physical spas of the middle school and primary schools are inferior among Jilin physical health gyms. Nowadays, 70% of the physical fields and instruments scatter in different schools, which mainly serve for the pupil and act as places of physical education and break exercises, meanwhile they are left unused on vocations.(4)With the people's scientific physical health sense being improved, the disadvantages of lack enough instruction occur.(5)On the whole, the opening of, Jilin physical health gyms is inferior. The present resources are waiting to be developed and utilized efficiently.(6)The operating system is waiting to be improved. There are some shortcomings on the opening system, and need to be improved, so that the physical health gyms can play an important role in the national physical health activity...
