Research On Management And Operation Pattern Of Public Stadium And Gyms Of China

The public stadium and gyms of china is undergoing the most profound changes, that the management and operation pattern of public stadium and gyms is changing from the control model to business model. The thesis regard the management mode of public stadium as its research point, studying on the history of the management and operation pattern of public stadium and gyms by literature research,surveys,case studies, on the basis of clarity of policies and regulations of public stadium and gyms, the author select the Wutai Mountain sports centre and Nanjing National Fitness Centre as survey sample, in order to compare the two different manage mode and analyze the development problems to reveal the institutional obstacles in the overall failure of profit of public stadium and gyms. The thesis point out that, the core content of the change from control mode to business mode is the separation of ownership and management rights. But the public stadium and gyms have not stepped out the difficulties of development. The author compare the two different type of manage mode on the following aspects, that is operators,management content and operational efficiency,development problems and so on. The result is that the two different type exist difference on operation risk,administrative intervention and distribution mechanism. The study indicated that the separation of ownership and management rights are not universal. The effective management mode should include the following elements, that is the clarity of the main operating status; accurate positioning of government functions; professional management team; intensive enterprise management tools.
