Objective :(1) To analyses the differences of Learning motivation of different school, sex and grade of high school student's (2) To analyses the differences of Learning motivation of different school, sex and grade of high school student's. (3)To explore the correlation between senior high school student's Learning motivation, learning result and teacher-student relationship (4)To give some correspondent advice for instructors to improve senior high school' s teaching basing on this research. Methods : Taking 270 senior high school students from three representative school of Shijiazhuang by whole group. They were assessed with MAAT;Teacher-Student relationship.Results: (1) There are remarkable diversity of different sides of learning motivation on schools, graders and sexes. (2) There are remarkable diversity of different sides of Teacher-Student relationship on schools, grader and sexes. (3) There are remarkable correlation between Learning motivation, learning result and teacher-student relationship in senior high school student's.(4) It has important theoretic and practical significance to improve the senior high school students' learning efficiency. It also can supply reference for high quality teaching in senior high school at the same time.
