Research On The Personality Factors And The Innovative Spirit Of The Guizhou Province High School Students

With the cognitive psychology development, the current psychology mainly presents some new trends to the creativity research. The cognitive factors of creativity have discussed gradually. Many researchers that all supported the multi-sides essence of creativity suggested that the creative behavior operation definition should be based on personality, process, scene and products.More and more researchers are favoring to regard the creativity as one kind of syntheses that composed of cognition, personality and social factors. Many scholars start to find out the synthesis appraisal model of creativity. In order to comprehend the creativity deeply and thoroughly, we can do some researches on innovative spirit, creative thought, creative personality and creative performance abilities and so on. This research explored sound personality and theinnovative spirit that rise as a goal based on the school education. Using Cattell the Sixteen Personality Factor Tester Questionnaire (16PF) and the Undergraduate Innovative Spirit Investigation Questionnaire as tools, we carry on the test to the Guizhou province's several universities undergraduate 761 people. The analysis results are as follow:1 The Undergraduate Innovative Spirit Investigation Questionnaire has a better reliability and validity, can be used in university student's innovative spirit investigation. The retest correlation coefficient of the questionnaire that separated weekly is 0.710; the Alpha coefficient of separate scales and the total scales are from 0.620 to 0.811; Split-half Alpha coefficient is from 0.609 to 0.854; The correlation coefficient of separate scales and the total scales are between 0.259 and 0.892;Using the secondary personality factor...
