On The Order Cultivation Pattern

The Ministry of Education has convoked 3 times industry and study combination forum since 2002. The order cultivation pattern has been advocated as an important pattern due to its favorable effects in solving employment question.This thesis mainly adopts literature method, investigation method and case analyses method.Firstly, the thesis illuminates the unique character of the order cultivation pattern, such as its multiple theory bases, and its unique requests while putting it into practice.Secondly, on the base of synthetically analyzing first-rank vocational cultivation patterns overseas, the thesis proposes advantages of the pattern.Thirdly, the thesis selects 2 cases to carry out demonstration study, we find that the order cultivation pattern really has a lot of merits, such as promoting full employment and attracting more society resources. However, it still has some shortages.Lastly, the order cultivation pattern is on the phase of testing, only a little specialty carried out this pattern, thus, the size is very small. In order to exerting its demonstrating function, we should design a series of effective systems.
