The occurrence and the development of children's sense of order is accompanied with children's growth. Along with their growth, the formation and development of the sense of order have already gradually been paid attention and taken seriously. As an individual in society, a child has intrinsic demand for the sense of order, at the same time the objective environment also has the request to the children's sense of order and influences it. While we think that the training and education of the children's sense of order should focus on the children's active grain rather than merely obeying the order and the rules.The children's sense of order is proposed for the first time by an Italian pre-school educationalist named Maria Montessori. She collected lots of examples about the development of the children's sense of order, and elaborated the pre-school time was the key period to the sense of order. In the "the Kindergarten Education Instruction Summary Country (Implementation)" issued by Ministry of Education in September,2001, the five big domains' various goals all mentioned that the education should comply with the law of development of the children's sense of order, and help the children develop the good habits of the life and health and good behavior. From All of the requests should be based on the development of children's sense of order. The order sense refers to the feelings caused by children's intrinsic sense of order and it is the feeling to the everything's location order and condition in the environment, and understand even internalizes the daily regular condition, with certain subjective feelings and experience, and it is displayed through the children's external social behavior. The children's sense of order is a new research area in children's social cognition. This research based on the summary of previous related theories, from two aspects of the cognition and behavior of the sense of order, the researcher stochastically selects 228 babies in a large-scale public kindergarten in ShenYang, from the baby order cognition and the order behavior three aspects, designed three kinds of experimental situations to study the developmental characteristics of children's sense of order deeply. With the results as follows:1.3-6 year-old children's sense of order gradually develops along with the growth of age, but the age difference is remarkable;2.3-6 year-old children's sense of order development shows remarkable gender differences, and the girl's regular behaviors are s obviously better than boy's.3.3-6 year-old children's order cognition and the order behavior shows to be related, the development of the sense of order's cognition has important impact on the children's sense of order's behavior's.4.4~5 year-old is the critical period to the development of the children's sense of order's cognition, the critical period to the development of the children's sense of order's behaviors is 4 year-old.
