With the coming of the knowledge-based economy, education has undergone an intense conversion. The reformations of curriculum and teacher education are mainstream words of educational development in the current. The professionalization of teacher has also becoming a conspicuous focal point in the world. Educations' function must based on teacher. Teacher is the direct implementer of education and is one of the main body of teaching activity. Teacher is a key in many influencing factors of reforming of education. And teachers' quality and the professionazation degree are influence to realization of educational aims. Furthermore, the practice of fundamental education reform in China shown that to develop education must take the measure of meaning developing theory, which including renewing teacher's educational thought and set up the ideal of teacher-subjected and student-central, enriching professional knowledge and gearing to the new teaching need of research-oriented, practice-oriented and comprehensive- oriented.Physical education is a part of modern education, and P.E teacher is one of the important factors which carry out new norm of P.E and Health curriculum in school P.E. P.E teacher's professional view and professional quality are directly related to school P.E. In modern society, P.E reform need to well quality of P.E teacher. Meanwhile new requirement and new challenge for PE teacher put forward by implementation of new courses. Therefore how to raise PE teachers' professional specialization and non-substituted is a center problem. In order to elevate professional status of P.E in society and education, and to upgrade professional capacity of P.E teacher and carry out teaching object of P.E, P.E teacher professionalization should be paid high attention in current phase.According to the developmental tend of P.E teacher professionalization, on the bases of sorting out the development history of teacher professionalization and linking with the practical issue of P.E teaching, the thesis probe into the meaning of P.E teacher professionalization of elementary and high schools of China the, and to analyze and to discuss the importance, practice and forward looking of PE teachers' professionazation in elementary and high schools, and then bring forward the criterion and form of P.E teacher professionalization development, and building the evaluation system of P.E teacher professionazation. It aimed at implement P.E teachers' professionalization and deepen up educational reform of China, and showing its operation significance.
