| At present,with the gradual maturity of vocational colleges,the combination of industry and education and apprenticeship schools and other enterprise internship models have developed rapidly.A large number of front-line teachers and scholars have carried out many constructive teaching reform studies on the internship link,which has further improved the quality of students’ technical practice ability and ensured the quality of talent training.However,according to the feedback of graduates and employers,secondary vocational schools still have deficiencies in the internship process of enterprises,and it is necessary to further strengthen students’ professional skills,job adaptation and comprehensive quality.This study mainly applies a variety of research methods such as literature research method,survey method and interview method to clarify the demand for enterprise talents,the development trend of the industry,and the teaching status of the internship link of secondary vocational schools.In view of the problems existing in the process of enterprise internship teaching in secondary vocational schools,the application research of the "learn-think-evaluate-do" enterprise internship model is carried out,and this paper mainly carries out research in three aspects: analyzing the learning status of students in the enterprise internship link of secondary vocational schools and the characteristics of students majoring in processing and manufacturing,designing the "learn-think-evaluate-do" enterprise internship model,and implementing the "learn-think-evaluate-do" enterprise internship model.It aims to solve the problems of insufficient learning interest,weak language expression ability,and short duration of learning enthusiasm in the enterprise internship link,so as to enhance the students’ self-efficacy and social cooperation ability,ensure the quality of enterprise internship learning,optimize the level of professional skills,cultivate students’ job adaptability,and maximize the role of vocational quality training in the enterprise internship link of secondary vocational schools.After the test of teaching practice,it is found that the teaching effect of the enterprise internship link under the "learn-think-evaluate-do" enterprise internship mode is good,which can correct students’ learning attitudes,stimulate students’ interest in learning,improve students’ knowledge and skills mastery level,effectively cultivate students’ comprehensive quality,and can improve teachers’ teaching ability to a certain extent.Although the skills of the top internship are lacking,it can reduce the time for students to adapt to the position after entering the job.Therefore,the applied research of the "learn-think-evaluate-do" enterprise internship model helps to take into account the comprehensive quality of students and the cultivation of vocational ability,and can better cultivate high-quality technical and skill-based talents who meet the development needs of the times and adapt to the national development strategy. |
