| "System" has always been an important guarantee for the orderly existence of social civilization,as well as a favorable external support for the sustainable development of life groups.Obviously,today,system has played a role of commander in chief "in all fields of society.In the field of social education,teachers,as practitioners of education,professional development of teachers is the guarantee of sustainable development of education,and the key to the continuous innovation of education to meet the needs of individual and social development.The professional development of teachers is influenced by the external environment factors,and the external guarantee function of the system is of great significance to promote the professional development of teachers as educational human resources.There are still unbalanced and inadequate contradictions in the overall development of China’s national education.The western rural school education is in a disadvantage position in the contradiction,so we need to pay more attention to the western rural school education.At the same time,the school-based teacher professional development system can promote teacher professional development according to The specific educational ecological environment and local conditions.Based on this,this paper studies the teacher professional development system of western rural schools in the background of western rural school education which is at a disadvantage in the development of national education,with western rural school teachers as the main body and western rural teacher professional development system as the content.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is to explore the individual and organizational units responsible for the professional development of teachers.The second part is to clarify what systems are used to promote the professional development of teachers in rural schools on the basis of practice.The second part is the introduction of the survey object and the summary of the empirical survey,mainly the multi-dimensional analysis of the natural ecology and regional education of H county,as well as the selection of the survey object and the development of the survey activities.The third part is to clarify the implementation of H county rural school teacher professional development system,mainly from two aspects of system formulation and implementation.The fourth part is the specific H county rural school teacher professional development system implementation problems.The fifth part is based on the existing problems of the rural school teachers’ professional development system,and further from the specific practice to explore and solve the countermeasures.Finally,the author hopes to promote the professional development of teachers in rural schools in Western China through system guarantee,so as to improve the quality of education in rural schools in Western China. |
