With the continuous deepening of reform of basic education, school-based teaching and research by many people's concern.In the pre-school area, "the guidance Kindergarten Education Program (Trial)" further implementation of the teacher as a research subject, to action research as the main way to garden-based education and research by the majority of kindergarten teachers, professional researchers and educational administrative departments at all levels, extensive attention.In order to garden-based teaching and research institution building is the garden of the teaching and research carried out by a strong and effective protection, the aim is to promote the professional development of teachers, thereby increasing the capacity and the level of practical education of teachers.In previous studies, made a lot of theoretical results, some kindergartens also summarized a lot of experience, the majority of these articles described the concept to stay on the lessons learned in a personalized or introductory level, or the administrative level, the implementation of the , the lack of systematic study and discussion, most of the literature on the actual operation of specific, complex issues under discussion.And theoretical analysis is different is that this study, the research methods for innovation, using qualitative research methods, the long-term cases, in-depth, participatory observation, interviews, in-kind collection.Ten showed a province of kindergarten teaching and research, and teaching and research institution building in the process of some of the scenes in order to experience and understand in order to garden-based teaching and research, and the rationale behind the scene.
