The sun, the moon, the stars to the sky is what Jing-Qi-Shen are to the human being, ancient experts in health preservation always consider Jing-Qi-Shen as most three treasure of human being. Jing-Qi-Shen interact to each other."if one is fulled with essence and energy ,then he will be vigorous , if he is vigorous, then he will be spirited, if he is spirited ,then he will be healthy; the energy comes from vigour, the vigour eternalized into energy, the energy eternalized into vigour, the vigour eternalized into spirit"(). According to the rule of transformation, exercise of Wushu aims at prolonging life by adjisting movement, breath and psychology.There have been many different points and views on Jing-Qi-Shen in history by organizing the related document, which discussed only from special perspective. Based on the related research, the author intend to research the fitness principle and exterior behavior of Jing-Qi-Shen in Wushu referred to the theory of Jing-Qi-Shen in Traditional-Chinese Medicine. The thesis realized its proposition by literature review, visit method and comparative analysis.Firstly, this thesis introduce the conceptions of Jing-Qi-Shen and the relationships among each other from the view of the theory of Jing-Qi-Shen in Traditional-Chinese Medicine. Secondly, the author discussed the influence of it to Wushu. Thirdly, discussed the concrete form of Jing-Qi-Shen embodied in Wushu from fitness and esthetical view respectively. At last, the author draw some conclusion and make suggestions according to the former analysis and discussion.The theory of Jing-Qi-Shen in Wushu stem from the theory of Jing-Qi-Shen in Traditional-Chinese Medicine. In the view of fitness, Traditional Wushu absorbed the theory of Jing-Qi-Shen in Traditional-Chinese Medicine in practice skill directly and completely, it aimed at two points of Xing and Ming by harmonized the relationship...
