In the new era of "who to train,for whom to train and how to train" the fundamental problem,colleges and universities focus on training comprehensive quality of all-round development of the socialist builders and successors,to cultivate a sense of national responsibility of the "four new".Based on the idea of cultivating people by virtue,promoting the implementation of curriculum ideology and politics is an educational reform to achieve this goal.In recent years,Shanghai colleges and universities,centering on the No.31 Central Document and under the leadership of the Municipal Education Commission,have actively improved the construction of curriculum ideological and political system and gradually realized the leap from "ideological and political courses" to "curriculum ideological and political courses".Since 2017,the Ministry of Education has issued the Implementation Outline of the Quality Improvement Project of Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities and Several Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of the Course of "Situation and Policy" in Colleges and Universities in the New Era.This paper takes TCM colleges and universities as the starting point to explore the existing problems and countermeasures in the ideological and political construction of TCM courses.Curriculum ideological and political education is a kind of innovative ideological and political education,but also a model of education.Starting from the existing literature,the connotation and theoretical basis of curriculum thought and politics are summarized and sorted out.From the perspective of comparative analysis,this paper tries to clarify the internal relationship between curriculum ideological and political courses,subject moral education,ideological and political education and other related concepts.Centering on the traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities,the three major points of the curriculum ideological and political construction in traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities are summarized and elaborated.By analyzing the empirical research colleges and universities of Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine colleges and universities curriculum practice of the construction of the ideological situation,find out the course in the course of the construction of ideological problems and restricting factors,combined with the course ideological khalid ents of goals and tasks,from the organizational level,the level of teachers,teaching system and evaluation system of system design,tried to in the process of political education in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine course in the problem put forward the corresponding solution countermeasures,in order to promote the comprehensive implementation of the curriculum education.
