This paper focus on innovative training from the perspective of people on the moral education in schools to train innovative talents, and on moral education in schools and training innovative talent relations between the contradictions . Through analysis of the contradictions, moral education in schools should be innovative in the development of talents to achieve their own perfection. Moral education and training of school personnel have contradictary relations. Moral education and training of school personnel with innovative contradictions, it will encourage and foster the ability to innovate, and hinder its effectiveness, such contradictions are inevitable, contradictions mainly as follows : the inherent nature of moral education in schools and develop innovative talents to create contradictions between sexual; moral education in schools and develop innovative talent succession of innovative between contradictions; moral education in schools coherence with cultivating innovative talent breakthrough between them. Ease the tension between the moral education in schools is to achieve innovative ways, moral education in schools should be nurturing innovative talent as their education one of the main goals, which include developing the creative ability of students as a school of moral education will be the main content and innovative talents to the school as a moral education for its own development; Create a conducive environment for the growth of talent and innovative atmosphere, including school environment, creating an environment conducive to innovation and change students Moral management models for innovation with loose moral environment; Encouraging students to use moral means pioneering and innovation, including the incorporation of moral education as an important means of encouraging the practice and innovation moral means; construct new schools moral education institutions, including carry forward the organic integration of the traditional and encouraging innovation and ethics should be given the correct guidance of innovation, a harmonious teacher-student relationship and a new innovative features of the school moral education system.
