Innovative Talents Development In Inner Mongolia

Times call for innovation, relying on talents.2012national conference on science and technology innovation to determine the goal of our country into an innovative country in2020, offered to "all kinds of talent development as a whole, the construction of a large scale, reasonable structure, good quality of innovative talent team". Innovative talents is an important part of talent team, especially high-level innovative talents, although small, but it’s influence and popularity in the society, is a valuable human resources.In this paper, starting from the present situation of innovative talents development in Inner Mongolia, points out the problems existing in the development, put forward the development of innovative talents in Inner Mongolia is thinking, study of setting up a supporting system for the economic and social development of the innovative talents in Inner Mongolia. The first part, it is pointed out that the current development of innovative talents in Inner Mongolia, from the policy system, development scale, development platform, four aspects are expounded, and the social atmosphere of our district introduces the basic situation of innovative talents. The second part, points out the problems existing in the process of innovative talents development in Inner Mongolia, total talent shortage, the shortage of innovative talents, system mechanism reform lags behind, the platform for innovation level is not high, the structure of talent is unbalanced and the talent cultivation model of the single, talent introduction is seven problems such as lack of innovative talent development in Inner Mongolia focus reflects the main problems. The third part, on promote the development of innovative talents in Inner Mongolia, from the perfect development of the innovative talents, enhance the level of innovative talent management, strengthening the innovative talent training, optimize the distribution of the innovative talents to use, and promote the rational flow of innovative talents, increased investment in innovative talents, promote the development of innovative culture, such as seven aspects, the district and put forward the exploratory thinking for the development of innovative talents.
