| Qian Xuesen keeps a watchful eye on education all his life,especially on innovative talents training.The “Asking of the Qian Xuesen” he has thrown out is not groundless and cannot be treated as a simple rhetorical question.His personal growth,his own experience of study,scientific research and education practice as well as the scientific spirit he possessed provide an answer for his question,namely,how to cultivate innovative talents.Through the study of Qian himself and his ideas related to this aspect,this paper suggests that Qian's idea about the cultivation of innovative talents mainly includes the following aspects: Firstly,there are three prerequisite conditions of innovative talents cultivation: family enlightenment education under the influence of parents' words and deeds through making full use of circumstance,creative school education that encourages understanding,innovation and democratic discussion as well as creative teacher education that inspires intelligence development.Secondly,the basic requirement of innovative talents cultivation is that attention should be payed to the combination of theory and practice,the combination of science and technology as well as literature and art,the study of Marxist philosophy and full use of generalist cultivation mode.In the end,the core of innovative talents cultivation is to study and acquire the spirit of seeking truth from facts,teamwork as well as the working styles of “solemnness,preciseness and strictness”. |
