The research investigate the situation and the relation with the source of pressure of the teachers' mental health of the school of ChengDu city by "the Symptom Checklist 90, SCL-90" and "Questionnaire of professional pressure for middle school teachers ".The result is that the young teachers have common serious mental heath of middle and high school of ChengDu city. Their mental health include "force disease, bad relationship, depression, anxiety" and so on. The distinct correlation of teachers' professional pressure and the every dimensionality of mental health show that the mostly factor influenced the teachers' mental heath is their professional pressure. The research suggested the countermeasures and advice how to maintenance and improve the young teachers' mental health based the discussion and analyzing :1, Increase the degree of social propagandize, enhancement the understanding to the teachers' work; 2, The people of ever city can accept all the teachers come from far and near; 3, The leader of middle and high school should attach importance to it; 4,Establish scientific appraise system; 5,Make great efforts to improve the level of the young teachers' mental health.
