In order to enhance the overall quality of the rural teaching staff,as well as gradually alleviate the unreasonable rural teacher structure and the lack of teachers and so on.In 2006,the central Government promulgated the notice on the implementation of the special post plan for school teachers in the compulsory education stage of rural areas.An indispensable part of the special post teacher of special post music teacher.Due to the limited number of special posts music teachers,this paper randomly sampling 50 primary and secondary school special post music teachers in Chenzhou counties as the research object.This article through the special Post music teacher questionnaire and interview data Unified collation found:1,Hunan Province Chenzhou music Teachers professional pressure degree is high,survey data show that the pressure is greater and the pressure of the special post music teachers accounted for 60% of the total number.2.The investigation and statistics of the stress sources of special post music teachers show that the pressure source outside the teacher is more stressful than the pressure source inside the teacher,and the average pressure degree is 3.567.Especially reflected in environmental and social factors in both the lack of transportation and low pay levels.3?the investigation found that the impact of pressure on the specialpost music teachers are two-sided,in addition to physical,psychological and other negative effects,on the other hand,but also give teachers the motivation to move forward,such as active participation in training,conscious reflection on teaching.4?to alleviate the pressure of special post music teachers must be from the teachers and teachers outside two aspects.National policies,societies and schools should also be given corresponding material support and spiritual attention.In particular,teachers themselves need to maintain a good positive attitude to adapt to the work environment,and strive to face a lot of pressure upward.
