Knowledge is becoming the core of productive elements at the era of knowledge economy, meanwhile the emerge of Knowledge Management could better organize this critical element to create the more productivity,.Human is the resource of knowledge, therefore developing human resource to apply into knowledge management is becoming the key to maintain the kernel competition .School is the storehouse of knowledge while it is the teacher that is the most important channel to gain knowledge ,effective teacher's knowledge management not only can help teachers to the professional growth but also makes rapid promotion to the whole teacher's group and school's comprehensive competition.There are a lot of basic questions worth researching on teacher's knowledge management(TKM for short), such as the definition of teacher's knowledge, the meaning of teacher's knowledge management and how to put teacher's knowledge management into practice which are the important task for the educator. If we say that teacher training update the knowledge structure from a formal way, teacher's knowledge management will blend into the course into the teacher's learning, working and living and provide a platform for teacher's growth.This paper analyzes and discusses the teacher's knowledge management according to the existent problems, the framework of the paper are as follows:The first chapter analyzes the background and the present situation ,main research content and the meaning of the thesis.The second chapter discusses the object of teacher's knowledge management from the definition, the feature and the transform of teacher's knowledge mainly aiming at giving a impressive understanding to it.The third chapter proposes the point of view to the teacher's knowledge management such as the definition ,the purpose .principle and strategy of teacher's knowledge management and the necessity of applying it to make a clear understanding to teacher's knowledge management.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the application of teacher's knowledge management, which is a systematic project including teacher's culture of knowledge sharing and implement of teacher's learning organization and the improvement of teacher's inspirit mechanism.The fifth chapter analyzes anther important factor to implement teacher's knowledge management in the view of information technology. This chapter evaluates the existing teacher's knowledge management tool in the educational field and design a system structure of teacher's knowledge management platform on the basis of knowledge management software framework, finally describe the main function of this platform in detail.
