The Research Of Teacher Culture Construction Based On The Idea Of Learning Organization

Teacher culture is based on value and behavior, which are formed and developed in teaching activities. It is a key factor of the school culture. It is mainly composed of the vocational sense, the role of identity, values, ways of thinking, attitude and behavior, and so on. The author takes the exploration of the culture connotation and the analysis of its extension as the starting point and strives to grasp its internal components and mutual relations. Through analyzing the characteristics of the traditional Chinese teacher culture and interviewing with the teachers from X primary school, the author feels that currently the conservation of the grass-roots school teachers tend to highlight; the main sense is not strong. Therefore, to stimulate awareness of the main body of teachers, to guide teachers to gain the success and experience of the meaning of life from the teaching job, to raise their spiritual realm and status should be an important aspect of the cultivation of teacher culture. Therefore the author puts forward the four visions of teacher cultural cultivation. Drawing on the concept of learning organization and technology. The cultivation of the new model teacher culture starts with the following ways and means.Firstly, inspire the teachers'pursuit of spirit and realize the value from the cultivation of teacher culture through the development of the vision of schools, the design of a teacher oath and the teacher career path. Secondly, Stimulate teachers'awareness and creative spirit through the management manual, the norm named after the teachers, and the school exploits honor system. Thirdly, set up a teaching, learning and researching community through case studies, creation of teacher blogs and research into writing teaching plans, set up school-based teaching and research platforms and carriers to promote teachers'self-reflection, to awaken their main awareness. Let the teachers grow together and be teaching experts through mutual aid, connected idea and professional guide. Let teachers experience the meaning of life during the professional growth.
