As information age is coming, the update of knowledge becomes more fast. Life-long learning is needed for people to adapt the changeable of society. Learning is not just process of learning the constructions of others' experiences-the knowledge in books, what more import is that learning the methods and skills of learning and improving learning of abilities. With the high-speed development of information technology, the multimedia, network begin to come into each field of social life and has produced assaulting influence on education. In order to meet the challenge, teachers should change the idea of study, fully make use of resource of network to improve one's own professional level.Now, the teachers of middle school and primary school develop the resource environment of the network very differently. This article surveys it, on the base of investigating, combine existing teacher education theory and network structure theory, have carried on the construction of teacher learning network platform in the middle school and primary school in terms of theory.The main content and outcome of this paper are as following:Chapter one: Describes the backgrounds, the meanings, the goals and the methods of this thesis.Chapter two: The second chapter summarizes relative literatures, mainly looking back the classic learning theories and its deriving theory. At last the author put forward the core study of this essay-adaptive learning.Chapter three: Explains the type and characteristic of teacher education network environment, has designed the questionnaire. Carried on the investigation and has done analysis.Chapter four: Study through documents, offer theory support for construction of the plat form after summarizing the supporting theory.Chapter five: It concludes the characteristics and innovations in this thesis. At the same time, it involves limits of this thesis.Finally the author raises expectations in the future.
