The Sustainable Development Of The Cultivation Of Hunan Province Badminton Reserve Talents

The cultivation of reserve talents is a strategic problem of athletic development. Only if we pay much attention to the echelon construction of reserve talents, will the athletic development have developing stamina. Hunan province is a strong one of badminton movement in our country. It shoulders the task of maintaining the competitive superiority of Chinese women's team and enhancing men's team's competitive force. However, with the athletic development of other provinces and cities as well as the enhancement of the world level, the sports team of Hunan did badly at the Athens Olympic Games in 2004. Whether the Classical Project is good or not and how long it can last become a problem that the Hunan people care about. Under such background, this article uses researching ways of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistic, logical analyse and so on from the multi-disciplinary angle, and makes an comparative analysis to the human resources condition, management system, cultivation mode of Hunan badminton reserve talents and other provinces. The article aims to provide theoretically a new idea on the development and use of the Hunan badminton reserve talents, and also the reform countermeasure for the sustainable development of badminton reserve talents in practice. Based on the investigation and study, it draws the following conclusions:1. As for the cultivation of badminton reserve talents, Hunan Province has successful experiences such as the care of local government, the foundering of badminton schools and so on, which should be concluded and recommended as a Classical Project in Hunan.2. The problems of the cultivation of Hunan badminton reserve talents are as follows: single and dull method of selecting athletes, failing in dealing with the contradictory between study and training, low degree in exercising scientifically, unsatisfactory quality of the coaches, the sole centralism' management system of reserve talents, unsuccessful motivating system, shortage of fee for training, poor consciousness of scientific research, single investing institutes of cultivating mode, the quality of the cultivation of reserve talents to be improved, and imperfect system of award and punishment and so on.3.
