In September, 2004, The new round of the basic education curriculum reform came into the promoting stage of compulsory education. Moreover the authority stipulated that all various outset grades of the elementary and middle schools in principle need to begin using the new curriculum in September, 2005. In this kind of situation, only by conducting the research into the new curriculum's implementation in the non-experimental countryside schools, can we comprehensively and profoundly know the overall situation of the new curriculum's implementation, can we adjust, revise and consummate the plan in time according to the situation.Through the research technique of "nature", this article selects the W school in Luohe as a research example. Thorough interviews with this school's leaders, teachers and students have been carried on. In addition, the author collects all the materials through the analysis of documents, observation as well as the collection of material objects, finds out the implementation problems existing in countryside schools through the interview results and the material analysis, and puts forward some suggestions and Solutions according to the problems. The present research paper is divided into five chapters.Chapter 1 is the introduction. It introduces the research background of the paper, the research significance, the affirmation of the research target, the option of the research techniques, the obtainment and the analysis of the materials as well as the ethical and moral rules in the research of the nature which should be paid attention to.Chapter 2 is about the summary of the documents. In view of the fact that the Chinese countryside is not as good as the one in other countries, it only introduces its present basic education situation since the policy of reform and opening-up was adopted in our countryside. It points out the opportunity of basic education development in countryside---the new round of curriculum reform. It also combs the achieved theories in the field of the countryside's new curriculum implementation, which has formed the important foundation of the present paper.Chapter 3, being the main body of the paper, describes the present situation of the new curriculum implementation in the W school, the problems they meet as well as the information on solving the problems such as the appropriate solutions and so on, mainly by the ways of thorough interviews with this school's leaders, teachers and students, observation as well as and the material object collection.
