The so-called combination of sports and education refers to the educational system depends on its own resources, nurturing high-level athletic team as well as university athletes with excellent athletic and study results. Those countries good at sports development, such as the United States, regard schools as the main channel to training high-level athletes. As the first sports power in today's world, the United States is an example of the combination of sports and education. Its comprehensive capabilities and sports talents stock enable them to maintain a high level in the field of athletic sports. In the United States, most excellent athletes are born from the universities, and more than half of the Olympic champions and world champions are university students, who constitute the major part of athletic sports. They are the human resources to realize the sustainable development of athletic sports in the United States.
