Since the quality education, especially the new curriculum criteria, is being carried out, students' self-management has become one of the popular problems for study in the educational field. Up to now, the importance and necessity of students' self-management has been generally acknowledged. But the study on its practical layers is still weak, for it is almost based on such kinds of students' self-management as being carders in turn, managing the sanitation and managing the discipline, which belong to lower layers. Thus, the key points of this paper focus on how to improve the consciousness and level of the senior high school students' self-management on higher layers. The author hopes that the study can offer new experience and proof for the reform and research of high school students' self-management, provide reference to other schools and show the right way of carrying out students' self-management.There are five chapters in this paper. Chapter I is part of definition. First, the terms of self-management and senior high school students' self-management are defined. Then, the necessity of carrying out self-management in senior high schools is expounded briefly. Chapter II is a study on the Students' Court. The author first introduces Shenzhen Senior High School and its Students' Court. And then there are some interviews from the school leaders, teachers, parents and students, as well as the author's viewpoints. After that, the author analyzes the survey on the Students' Court. Finally, a conclusion is drawn that the Students' Court is an important organization of students' self-management. Chapter III is a study on the Students' Mass Organizations. First of all, Shenzhen Middle School and its Students' Mass Organizations are introduced. The characters of the Students' Mass Organizations are also analyzed. Then, there is an observation diary where the author describes an activity. And then, there is a recording about some interviews, viewpoints from the author and an analysis of the survey on the Students' Mass Organizations.
