In August 2014,the State Council issued a new round of deepening education reform program called "Opinions on the Implementation of Deepening the Reform of Examination Entrance System",in which the Ministry of Education explicitly proposed the National College Entrance Examination for Colleges and Universities,regardless of liberal arts and sciences.Zhejiang and Shanghai started the new college entrance examination reform program in autumn of 2014.Guangdong Province began to implement the new college entrance examination reform program in September of 2018.The new college entrance examination reform program is "3 + 3" mode.Chinese,mathematics and foreign languages are compulsory subjects.Students can choose three of the six subjects of physics,chemistry,biology,politics,history and geography as their own college entrance examination subjects.The purpose of this reform is to realize the all-round development and personalized development of students,so that each student can choose his or her own subjects according to his or her interests,hobbies and learning abilities,and stimulate his or her own strengths and greatest potential.In the aspect of Class-Selection teaching in our country,whether theoretical guidance or practical experience accumulation,it is nearly 100 years later than that in European and American countries.Therefore,the theory and practical experience of Class-Selection management and class-walking management are urgently needed in every high school in our country.The main contents of this study are as follows: first,to study and summarize the theory of course selection guidance and the experience of course selection management,so as to guide students at different levels of Shenzhen G School to choose courses scientifically;second,about the arrangement scheme of class schedule for class-walking teaching;third,about the fine management mode of class based on the teacher-in-charge system and the tutor-in-charge system,and the learning centered on the tutor system.The construction of community of practice.The main contents of this study are as follows.The first chapter focuses on the background,purpose and significance of the implementation of the elective shift system in China.Through literature review,the problems to be studied are found.The second chapter describes the development process of the reform of the college entrance examination in China and the constraints in the implementation of the new college entrance examination.Chapter 3 summarizes the experience and methods through the management practice of course selection and shift system in Shenzhen G School,so as to accumulate theory and experience for the further implementation of the course selection and shift system.The fourth chapter is the evaluation of the effect of the shift system.Through the questionnaire survey of students and the comparison of the results before and after the shift,it explores the teaching effect of the shift system.The fifth chapter is the conclusion of this paper.Through the practical study of the course selection and shift management system in Shenzhen G School,the corresponding course selection management strategies and shift management methods are obtained.The innovation of this study is the construction of the learning community of the teaching class centered on the tutorial system.The biggest feature of the teaching class is mobility.Six people with the same subjects are divided into a group.The group is divided into the same dormitory and is equipped with a tutor.The tutor is responsible for the study,moral education and life of the members of the group,so as to truly achieve meticulous management.
