The traditional mode of education highlights the drawbacks In the teaching practice of the new era, Free from the nanny style education management mode, to promote high school students self education, self management, self learning, is the Common expectation of the social from all walks. In this context, the implementation of tutorial system teaching, improve the consciousness and ability of students’ self management, have become a frontier topic in the current high school education.In this paper, we take S High School as a case, trace back to the theory of "tutorial system" and "self management", talk about the practical experience of students’independent development of small class under "tutorial system" in S High School, expounds the "tutorial system" to promote the necessity and feasibility of self management of high school students, the effectiveness of the problems in the implementation, to do the analysis, and made a theoretical exploration to solve the problem of "tutorial system" implementation of senior high school. In this paper, the author hopes to provide a reference for the implementation of the new curriculum reform.
