As a burgeoning management theory, the culture management theory is powerful and has a promising development in the future. By analyzing the status quo of secondary school management in GuangDong Province, This dissertation is of great values in both theory and practice to discuss the issue of implementing culture management in secondary school.The dissertation consists of introduction and a text. In introduction, the author mainly describes research background, research significance, main definition related to this essay, the key issues going to talk, and main research methods.The text includes three parts. Part one discusses the basic features and the advantages about the theory of culture management, the review of the development of culture management theory, and the influence in school management of China from the culture management theory. Part two mainly shows the significance of implementing culture management in secondary school from two different perspectives: the theory point and the secondary school management practice point. Part three enters into the discussion of some basic measures in implementing culture management in secondary school, which include establishing the school values, specifying the school values, internalizing the values into the school members in many different ways.
