In knowledge economy age, knowledge creation and talent training have put forward new requirements for constructing national innovation system (NIS). Research universities play an important role in national innovation system. Now in China the macro structure adjusting of the higher education has almost basically taken off, the organization structure adjustment and the discipline construction of the university become important tasks in the new strategic development ages. And now in research universities, there are series of problems in the construction and development of discipline, which reflects the lack of research in discipline regularity problems, affected the grasp of the essence of discipline.
