| This thesis examines the factors that contribute to successful intervention training management in a longitudinal study in coping teacher stress. Specifically, case studies of four intervention training management strategy in the experiment design method of R.L.Solomon series Design and the Time-Series Design for the paper that tend to be associated with reduced stress impacts for teacher. The study concludes with a set of valid strategy training for long-term effects and long-term result in reducing stress impacts in school that use significant amounts of experiment.As predicted, research consists of forth aspect. First, The valid strategy training was able to turn the short-term effect into the long-term effect. Second, the Stress Awareness has short-term result for participant. The three greatest strategies of Environmental Adjustment, physiological training , Mind control have long-term effect for participant. Environmental Adjustment was better than the physiological training and Mind control and Stress Awareness. Third, we were able to build up the valid intervention management for teacher.
