Teachers' speech act is the speech act which for bring up students under given education-teaching conditions. Teachers' speech contents is a important factor which affect students' moral development. However, how to know the meaning of moral education of teachers' different speech fashion? In this research, by classify the teachers' speech act on theory, we distinguished teachers' speech fashion. By questionnaire, we study teachers and students of 4 primary schools which in Shenyang and Dalian. The purpose is to find out the relationship between teachers' speech fashion and teacher-student' moral communication. On the basis above, some strategy is put forward as followed: building teachers' morals; well-meaning strategic action; the power of illocutionary act; saying something suit the needs of students and learning to listen attentively; true or fictitious third party.
