Research on moral education teachers in primary school teaching is only limitedto simply to infer the gap between reality and ideality from quantitative data, this isnot deep enough. Only truly entered the primary school moral education classroom,collecting first-hand data, it is more advantageous to the status of moral teachers ofprimary school teaching, to start the research actuality, provide the factual basis andpremise for the necessity study. Since the new curriculum reform, primary schoolmoral education from moral to "morality and life" and "morality and society",whichmeans the transformation of moral education of primary school teachers in thethinking mode of the value orientation, curriculum, teaching and teaching emotionalbehavior on the. Teachers how to dialogue with the students in moral education, in thedialogue "say what, how, why"--Analysis of the issue through moral educationteachers in primary schoolteaching language, understand the moral education ofprimary school teachers in the classroom teaching the true state.I selected the Nanning City A primary school as study site, in2013Septemberformally entered the A primary school, a class in grade1~6in every grade fromattending church, six bit my object of study are teachers(primary school moraleducation class taught by the class teacher), material collection is mainly carried outin the course of lectures in the classroom observation and after class the teacherinterviews. In this process, I observe and analysis mainly focus on three aspects:moral knowledge,moral and heterogeneous isomorphism "affection" to establish,moral behavior simulation.First of all, in the process of moral knowledge transfer, the teacher through thespeech act of moral authority, in the process of directional cues and share theintonation of teachers as the idea and the way the orthodox moral spokesman.Secondly, in the process of moral "affection" established by the unintentional bias, theteachers to show their attitude, emotion, produce a kind of phenomenon implicitsteering, while in the "free theme" show teachers be taken by surprise in the treatmentof teachers and students both emotion. Finally, in the simulation process of moralbehavior, social contract rules demonstration shows that the surface of studentsreproduction moral behavior, and well intentioned advice while their independentaction,but in fact it is ignoring the real intention of students. The study found,primaryschool teachers still remains an authoritarian "traditional moral education", which requires us to discover problems, improve teaching, to improve teaching quality ofprimary school moral education.
