With the rapid development of the digital games industry, playing games becomes an important living style and one of the most popular entertainments among youngsters. So there are more and more worries and discussions or arguments about this phenomenon, whether it can be encouraged or should be abandoned to use computer games in schools is the focus. If we want to solve this problem, maybe the best way is not to forbid or prevent the instruction application of the computer games, but try to learn more about the games so that we can make use of them rightly.Now, we have no reason to ignore the value and the meaning of the computer games, because all the previous researches reflected that it had been an urgent request to know more about the games and master more ways of their usage. Exploring and analyzing the instructional application of the computer games, just aims for utilizing the interesting, interactive and other special features of the games to improve traditional instruction design. Certainly, games can't replace traditional teaching methods and modes, but can make them more vital and useful.Many researchers point out that digital games implicit much knowledge and a great deal of skill training, and even be applicable to the comprehensive-course teaching. But in regard to the present conditions that our national researches are just in the start stage, the author believes that it is necessary to do some basic research, such as meanings study or methods innovation on singular subject.Based on the background that the new curriculum reform is strongly promoted and the education software market develops more and more quickly, this paper chooses "the application of the computer games in physics teaching in the middle school" as the topic, and then considers the interesting participation, lively interactive, scientific usefulness of the computer games as the argumentation premise.
