Computer information technology has permeates every part in life already. Education, as a part of society, is being improved because of existence of computer and network. Because of the combination of education and information technology of computer, it is becoming more essential to permeate application information technology in the middle and primary schools, to help teachers and students fully utilize online resources and share them, to expand the opportunities of a student to be educated, or a teacher to be trained, to improve the quality of education conscientiously.This subject is to search for the practical experience and lessons of using the information technology in school education management, which is based on the practice in middle and primary schools in SIP. It is to discuss the idea innovating, terms creating and method implying of applying computer information technology in teaching management, studying management and school management. So as to find the method of helping schools make use of information technology adequately in education, lay the foundation for further improvement in conformity of education and information technology, and make education informationization into reality. And this subject can also offer reference to schools of other areas.There are four parts in this thesis: First part, the foreword (the background and study purpose), which is to introduce and analyze the current situations and development trends of the computer information technology in the world, define the certainty of combining of education and information technology, and indicate the study purpose and the research approaches used in this subject. Second part, the generally analyzing of computer information technology application in middle and primary schools of SIP, which is to explore the apply purpose, methods, and function of applying computer information technology in teaching management, studying management and school management. And all these are based on a series of instance research in SIP. The third part, thinking deeply in practice, which briefly analyze the difficulty and problems met in the application study, show the difficulty and problems out which is need to be solved but still unresolved in the future, and expect to be able to find out the methods to improve the effect of education further. The fourth part, conclusion, which is to sum up the key proposition of thethesis, and give a vista of the future of information-based development of education.
