There is a great deal of important part comes from "teach" in the education-but good teacher and better education method is necessary and a key standard is whether the education will inducting students to the method of exploring the unkown things and better mastering their study, and finding the way forward. And so, the focus is located on the teacher's information accomplishment when we talk about how to bring up students' information accomplishment.The excellent information accomplishment of teacher will lead t o the success of information technology education.The teacher is the chief origin and transmitter of the education information in the education system. The teacher always plays a very important role whatever in the preparation or the transmitting of the education information and so on. And it is necessary for having a great deal ofinformation accomplishment for the teacher with the education system itself.What is the behavior in the daily, vast education practice if the teacher have well information accomplishment? It will help us affirming the inside factors and the standard of appraised which constitutes the information accomplishment of the teachers for researching this topic further. And, whether it must be an expert of a computer information technology if a teacher have well information accomplishment? And whether it must be a computer assistant teacher? It is very interesting in studying and considering this topic further.The key purpose of this study is:1. discussing the meaning of the teacher information accomplishment2. discussing the relativity between the information accomplishment of non-computer-field teachers in high-school directly under the Da xing district and the conditions which using information technology support the education.3. building the guidelines of the information accomplishment of non-computer-field teachers in high-school directly under the Da xing district.It belongs to the quantity and qualitative study, the method of this study is based on surveying, researching and on-site visiting, and with the supplement of literature discuss. The stylebook of the surveying and researching is the method of sampling randomly, and based on the data provided by the educational committee Da xing district and the non-computer-field teacher in high-school directly under the Da xing district.Our guideline divide into several parts as guideline-cover, guideline-item and guideline-specific for the purpose of guideline building and for the reality of guideline function.
