This thesis takes middle and Primary School teachers' information quality as research object. The first part was concentrated on the literature summary of the teachers' information quality definition , then analyzed the factors that Technology Integration required to the teachers' information quality. The second part was a survey on the immediate status of the teachers' information quality, and analyzed the problems in it. The last part provided a theory and an effective model to improve the teachers' information quality. This thesis reflected on the teachers' information quality from three point of view: Theory, Status and improvement. It is concentrated on the problems and the ways to improve the teachers' information quality. Achieve great contributions to the cause of the quality education in China.
