With the information society, information is becoming more and more important in our daily life, the teacher's information technololgy quality is one of the main parts in his ability structure. This paper dissertates the necessity and the concrete requirement of improving the teacher's information technololgy quality in the information society, thourgh investigating and interviewing results of the teacher's information technololgy quality in my school, analyzes present question, refers to the training ways and methods to improve the teacher's information technololgy quality.Firstly, the paper introduces the importance, the connotation and the ability appearance of the teacher's information technololgy quality, ascertains the main research content of improving the teacher's information technololgy quality, analyzes the present research situation in and abroad, prepare for exploring the ways and methods to train the teacher's information technololgy quality.Secondly, the paper tells and analyzes the different kinds of the investigating and interviewing results of the teacher's information technololgy quality in my school, such as the present situation, the training requirement, the difficulties, and so on.Finally, combine with the result of investigating and interviewing, analyzes present question, refers to the training ways and methods to improve the teacher's information technololgy quality.
