Primary And Secondary School Teachers Training Humanistic Studies

Although our domestic elementary and middle school teachers’ on-the-job training scale expanding,increasing the teaching and training of professional and technical proficiency,training methods and skills are maturing,elementary and middle school teacher training achieved significantly improved,progress and performance,but in the aspects of the scale of the rapid expansion and rapid development under the new situation,primary and secondary schools teacher training in objectives,contents,methods,means,system and mechanism,there are still some problems.In 2011 to 2013,three years,the teacher training school of gangcheng district held more than 30 primary and secondary school teachers’ training classes,which were careful analysis.We also targeted to part of the school field research,had discussion with some teachers in primary and secondary schools.The author holds that under the new situation at present,primary and secondary school teachers training should fully reflect the requirements of the socialist core values,take the countermeasures of training of people oriented,in order to further improve the teachers’ quality,promote the development of teacher training.Training of people oriented can be reflected in the training of the target oriented,professional ethics education leadership,love education specific,hierarchical training mode,training methods diversified,integrated project design and other aspects of the project.
