Probe Into The Route Of Guaranteeing Farmer-workers' Children Accept Compulsory Education Equally

Content: Under the circumstance of the socialism market economy, the education of farmer-workers' children is widely concerned, which not only is a reflection of rural education in relatively developed city, but also is an inevitable problem occurring in the process of the urban' s modernization and the period of social's transformation. Taking the current situation and existing problems as the point of departure and basing on the theory of equal education, this dissertation analyses state supporting system, group supporting system and individual supporting system, makes an initial research, and puts forward detailed measures. As to the education of the farmer-worker's children, this disertation draw the following conclusions. We should focus on the government administration, increase the communication and coordination, improve service consciousness, and strengthen management responsibility; we should attach importance to local full-time public elementary and junior school and develop the supplement effect of social power. By means of various levels mediums and diverse style, the problem of the education of the farmer-workers' children can be solved comprehensively.
