A Study On The Equal Chance Of Compulsory Education For Children Of The Migrant Workers In Zhengzhou

Nowadays, as the fast development of urbanization. More and more city floating people began to migrate to big cities. Their coming adds new kinds of influence to the construction of the city. On one hand, they promotes the development of the city; on the other hand, a lot of the increase of urban population has brought many problems to the city, such as the city’s various basic public services and resources like education, medical, health, social insurance can’t meet the rapidly increasing of the city population. As one of the most important aspects, education of the kids of the increasing city floating people has received more and more wide attention by the whole society.Based on the above background, this paper takes the kids of city floating people in Zhengzhou as the object of study, focusing on the analyzing and studying of their education problems, especially take the Central Plains Region as an example. The paper studies the present situation, the causes, and the possible solutions to the problem.This paper is divided into four chapters:the first chapter of this paper is mainly focuses on the research topic, research background, research contents and ideas, while at the same time put forward some methods and research framework of the research; the second chapter holds a detailed discussion on the connotation of related concepts in this paper while the extensions are discussed, and a review of the domestic and international theoretical research and development in our country the equalization of the compulsory education enlightenment. The third chapter analyzes the status and the causes behind the compulsory education equalization and their correlation from the country at the level of Henan province and Zhengzhou city; the fourth chapter points out the implementation of the compulsory education equalization measures. Finally, this paper summarizes the research conclusion.This paper has put forward some reasonable suggestions to make every child of the city floating people equally receive the compulsory education by analyzing the root causes of the present compulsory education in Zhongyuan District, Zhengzhou.
