Research On The Problem And Approach Of Compulsory Education For Children Of Migrant Workers-A Case Study On X County

With the development of urbanization and the number of migrant rural workers increasing,the issue of enrollment of migrant rural workers' children has received recent attention in the community when the migrant workers service urban construction.Whether the lots of migrant rural workers' youngsters can be enrolled and integrated into the urban campus life successfully or not,this has become a prominent issue,which relates to the well-being of migrant rural workers' family and social stability.As far as X county is concerned,with its status rising in the Midwest regional economic counties,the attraction for the surplus rural labor is increasing year by year,and more and more attention has been paid to the issue of their livelihood.The compulsory education for children is related to the migrant rural workers' livelihood and also has an influence on the social stability and economic development of X county in the future.However,whether the problem of compulsory education for the immigrants' children can be solved,it will be related to the vital interests of migrant workers in X County family and the harmony and stability of the whole society of X County.Therefore,how to protect the children of migrant rural workers in X County to get a chance for a good education is a contemporary major issue to be solved,and it is worth further studying.In this paper,it shows that the current education situation for the immigrants' children is not very optimistic,there are still many practical problems,especially the difficulty of enrollment,poor quality education,and difficult to integrate into the new collective.These practical and typical problems of X county are existing in the Midwest region,which even have representative significance around the nation.And the compulsory education for the migrant rural works' children is also influenced by many factors,such as the local admission policy,the state of local economy,and the education of immigrants.With the further study of the situation of local compulsory education for the migrant rural workers' children in X County during recent years,the paper has come to a conclusion that it is difficult for the migrant rural workers' children to be enrolled,and there still exists many problems,such as poor quality education,the exclusion of the vulnerable students,and less educational investment.Therefore,the enrollment of immigrants' children are restricted by the policy,the economic development and the educational system.Then,with the analysis of the important relationship between the special education group and the development of local economy and society,and further enriching and deepening the existing theory in practice,in order to offer a reference for government departments to formulate the policy,which is relevant with the urban and rural balanced development of education and the peasant labors' basic rights and interests,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of system perfection,economic investment and educational system.
